How do I know if my phone is compatible with CONNEX products?
CONNEX products use NFC contactless technology compatible with the following devices:
iPhones: XR, XS, XS Max, 11, and all future models.
Samsung: Note 8, 9, and all future models.
Google: Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, and all future models.
Galaxy: SIII, S4, S5, and all future models.
Huawei: P10, P10 Plus, P10 Lite, and all future models.
HTC: All phones post-2018.
LG: All phones post-2018.
Nokia: All phones post-2018.
Can I connect with someone who doesn’t have a CONNEX product?
Yes! We utilize the capabilities of smartphones' integrated NFC technology, which is also used in Apple Pay and Google Pay. You simply need to tap your card on their phone, and they can instantly access your profile. They don't need an app or special product.
Can I customize my CONNEX card?
Yes, you can customize the front of your card with your logo and name. Please provide the design in AI, CDR, or PDF format.
Do I need to download an app?
No, an app is not mandatory. We offer a web version for convenience.
What material are the CONNEX cards made of?
CONNEX cards are crafted from durable and waterproof materials, available in plastic or premium metal.
Where can I learn how to use my CONNEX product?

Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. Plus we offer free shipping for orders above 50$ to USA & Canada.
North America Shipping
Shipping within North America will take 2-5 business days for orders to arrive. This includes local delivery to the Montreal and Toronto areas.
Does CONNEX require a subscription to use?
No, personal accounts are free. A subscription is only required for team management.
Where do I send my logo and name for a customized order?
For a customized order, after placing your order, our team will reach out to you. You can then send your logo and name to the contact provided for customization purposes.
Is my information secure?
Yes, your information is secure with us. We don’t request online media credentials; instead, we simply redirect users to your public links without disclosing any sensitive information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if the Connex product is damaged and not functioning upon receipt. Please contact us for further assistance in such cases.

How long is your processing time?
For non-custom items, our processing time is 24-48 hours.
For custom orders such as logo engraving or custom designs, it typically takes 2-4 business days.
Do I need to pay any monthly fee?
No. For individual usage, you only need to purchase your Connex Product. It comes with access to the app, allowing you to customize your profile instantly, view analytics, gather leads, and more at no additional cost.
Do I have to pay any additional taxes and duties?
For cross-border trades, customs may reach out to the importer for additional fees or verification as per your country's legislation. Since we ship from Canada, we ensure that taxes are collected seamlessly for deliveries within Canada.
What is your return policy?
